Edgewood Consulting Group
Terms of Use
Effective September 10, 2026
These terms set out the conditions on which Edgewood Consulting Group makes this website available. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
1.Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your access to and use of this website, which is operated by Edgewood Consulting Group. By opening or using the site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy, describes how we collect and use personal information and forms part of these terms.
2.What this website is
This site describes the consulting and analytics services of Edgewood Consulting Group. It is provided for information. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services, a quotation or a commitment to any result.
Any engagement between Edgewood Consulting Group and a client is governed by a signed written agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with such an agreement, the agreement controls.
3.Business emails
Edgewood Consulting Group may send business email to professionals whose roles relate to the services described on this site. Anyone who receives such an email can stop further messages by replying in any words. Our Privacy Policy explains how recipients are selected, what information we hold and how a request to stop is handled.
4.Sample material
Where this site, or any material it links to, shows a dashboard, a chart, a table or a figure, that material is illustrative sample data prepared to show how a deliverable is laid out. It is not a client's result and it does not promise or predict any outcome for your business.
5.Acceptable use
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- interfere with the operation of the site or the systems that host it;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting or any related system;
- probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities;
- use automated tools to copy, scrape or harvest content from the site.
6.Ownership of content
The text, layout, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to Edgewood Consulting Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and print pages from it for your own business reference. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our written permission.
Rights in the work we produce for a client are set by the written agreement for that engagement, not by these terms.
7.Links and third-party services
This site links to our main website, and it loads its typeface from a third-party font service. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices, which we do not control. A link from this site does not mean that we endorse, or are responsible for, the linked content.
8.Disclaimer of warranties
This site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Edgewood Consulting Group disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
Nothing on this site is professional, engineering, legal or financial advice. You should not act on anything here without obtaining advice suited to your own situation.
9.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Edgewood Consulting Group and its principals, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site, even if we were advised that such loss was possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Where the law does not permit a limitation described here, that limitation applies to the extent the law does permit.
10.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edgewood Consulting Group and its principals, employees and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
11.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its rules on conflict of laws.
Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its commercial arbitration rules, with the hearing held in Morris County, New Jersey. This requirement does not apply where the applicable law does not allow the claim to be arbitrated. Judgment on an arbitration award may be entered in any court that has jurisdiction.
12.General provisions
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, we have not waived our right to enforce it later.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Edgewood Consulting Group about your use of this site. We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version, and continued use of the site after a revision means you accept it.
